This was a two tiered all white cake with a snowflake burst. On the wires the snowflakes are on are ivory beads. The cake is covered in tiny royal icing snow and on the top tier is piped 'Merry Xmas'
2 tier rich fruit cake, 7" and 4", covered in white sugarpaste, placed on a 10" cakeboard coated in white sugarpaste and embossed with holly leaves.
