Three tiers of lemon cake, 10", 7" and 4", with the 2 bottom tiers dowelled to support the towers and top tiers! The lemon cake was sandwiched with lemon buttercream. The detail on the cake and the towers is piped with royal icing. The cake is placed on a large circular board, which was crimped and edged with an ivory ribbon.
