A really fun christmas cake based on the song 'When Santa Got Stuck Up the Chimney'! The rich fruit cake is coated in a brick embossed brown sugarpaste around the sides, with a brown edging to create the chimney. Santa's legs and suits are made from red sugarpaste and supported by spaghetti. The sack of presents are all hand modelled. The cake is finished with piped royal icing snow and plenty of magic sparkles!
